I’m not just here to help you buy or sell a house. I’m here to make the whole process feel a little less overwhelming, a lot more personal, and hopefully even fun.
I genuinely love Pittsburgh. I love its history, its neighborhoods, its weird little streets, and especially its old houses. Give me original hardwood floors, stained glass, built-ins, pocket doors, and a house with a few quirks over something cookie cutter any day. I’ve spent most of my life here, growing up in Wexford, moving to Shadyside for grad school, and eventually putting down roots here. Knowing Pittsburgh goes far beyond knowing which neighborhoods are “popular.” I understand how different one street can feel from the next, what makes each neighborhood special, and the nuances that come with buying and selling homes here.
I’m also a real estate investor and landlord myself, which gives me a different perspective when I’m helping clients. I’ve bought, renovated, rented, and sold my own properties, so I understand that real estate isn’t always just about finding a place you love. Sometimes it’s about running the numbers, seeing potential other people don’t, knowing what’s worth fixing, and figuring out how to make a property work for you.
Before real estate, my background was in Social Work, Community Development, and Local Government, and I think a lot of that has carried into the way I run my business. I care about people. I listen. I’m honest, even when the answer isn’t necessarily what you want to hear. And I take the responsibility of helping someone make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life very seriously.
My clients aren’t transactions to me. I want to know what you actually want, what matters to you, and what you’re trying to accomplish. Then I’ll work incredibly hard to help you get there.
And outside of real estate, I’m a mom to Joey, rescue dog person, lover of old houses, DIY projects, good design, and basically anything that gives me an excuse to wander around Pittsburgh.
